​​R.E.D. was designed to stimulate CURIOSITY and CREATIVITY and to optimize youth natural aptitude for technology and arts by providing hands-on training in various STEM and Arts activities.  The objective is for students to have fun being creative while learning skills that help develop positive personal attributes, such as:
​​Leadership, Team Work, Self Confidence, Effective Communication and Computational Thinking.

Douglas Redwine is a mentor, motivatinal speaker,  CEO of Redwine Edutainment Division (R.E.D.) and co-founder of Redwell Education Management.

A man of many talents, Mr. Redwine is a graduate of Texas Southern University and professionally functions as a STEM professional in the field of technology as the Operations Manager for Biomed in the Healthcare Technology Management (HTM) department for a large hospital chain in North Texas and is the Vice President of Community Relations for Redwell Education Management ( B.R.I.T. Technical Institute).     
Besides being a HTM professional, Mr. Redwine is absolutely an educator at heart and has a sincere passion for teaching and motivating youth and young adults to Dream big, Explore curiosities and work to Create their vision.    

Over the past 16 years Mr. Redwine has amassed a wealth of experience edutaining as a performing artist and featured speaker/teacher at conferences, seminars, concerts and workshops for thousands of students locally and nationally.  

Mr. Redwine created R.E.D. with the mission to promote creativity, build character and motivate youth and young adults to pursue their best personal and academic success. For the past 6 years R.E.D. has created and provided creative STEM and ART classes for students grades K–12 in the Fort Worth ISD After-School Program in urban schools that lack diverse STEAM education opportunities in their regular curriculum.  Classes R.E.D. have offered are as follows:  
Media Arts Program 
(Audio Engineering, Business Planning, Creative Writing and Marketing)
PassCODE (Computer Programming)  /   DroneZONE (Dronology and Robotics) 
Dollars & Sense (Financial Literacy for Teens) 
Skills & Drills (Mind Games and Physical Activity Exercises)

R.E.D. has had the honor of servicing over 10 schools (Elementary, Jr. and Sr. High) and interacting with hundreds of students over the years.  R.E.D. has a goal of expanding to impact more youth in the DFW area this coming year by partnering with other programs to ensure more kids are provided the opportunity to have fun learning and exploring STEM and Arts.
